Nowadays China is developing very fast day by day and status of China is moreand more important all over the world. Recently the relationship betweenArabic-speaking countries and China is getting better daily. Plenty of Arabic-speakingcountries, especially Egypt, started to cooperate with China more often. Thedifference between Chinese and Arabic languages is a big problem and one of themost reasonable reasons why the process of cooperation and internship between thesetwo countries seems to be so uneasy. In order to know better and get closer to Chineseculture and Chinese traditions, to make the distance between two countries closer, lotsof Arabic-speaking countries started to teach Chinese language and some Chinesecourses, started to spread Chinese culture.As far as we know language is a tool what we use for expressing ourselves, it isthe main clue in the process of communication. Language reflects the customs andhabits of the country and is a very good way to get closer to the real culture. Chineselanguage has its own distinguishing features and characteristics, has its particulargrammar and characters. Chinese language uses a lot compound sentences andsentences with two or more clauses. Using such kind of sentences is quite spread forexplaining difficult contexts or information. Chinese language includes manydifferent types of compound sentences and this research is about conditionalconjunctions.The main purpose of this research is to compare the conditional clauses in Arabicand Chinese languages, find out the difference and the common points in these twolanguages. This research is based on the theoretical work of Chinese and Arabic andprovides the analysis of sentences in the grammatical aspects.The research is divided for six main parts. The first part is a brief introduction,explanation why the writer decided to choose this topic; this part includes the subject,the purpose and the theoretical basement of the research as well. The second part isabout the conditional clauses, its definition, types, characteristics and its conjunctions.The third part includes the definition of conditional clauses in Arabic language;describe the types and grammatical structure of them and the most used key words.The fourth part is the comparison of conditional clauses in two languages, analyze andexplanation of the difference in two languages. The fifth part is some commentariesand suggestions for the further researches. The last part is concluding remarks andsummaries of the research.
