This paper based on two intentions, first, to go deep into the key of Kojeve’s comprehensive interpretation to the Hegelian philosophy in order that understanding, even restoring it into the Kojeve’s own mode, by virtue of which, to see Kejeve’s true colors. Second, the flag of Humanity which is erected by Kojeve’s thought in its perfect quality of Modernity can be introduced as a chance to render the cisis of modernity, and in the movement of his thought, to obtain a oppotunity of redemption from the very danger, however, such a mysterious part reserved the possibility of predicting the future. Then the author approached the humanity-philosophy from the introduction, by unfolding laterally, discussed "the question of Humanity" which as a barrier standing between the historic alteration from philosophy to Antropology in the modern western philosophy; and altered the head longitudinally by undertaking of the question, by the different orientations of Schele and Heidegger in facing the matter, and settled finally in the later’s reduction of essence, in the light of which, arrived at "What is human-being?" All these can be deemed as a introduction to Kejeve’s "philosophy of humanity".In the main body of the article, the author firstly analysed the special position of "The Idea of Death in the phliosophy of Hegel", which as a core text in Kojeve’s "The Introduction of Hegel", and discovered that, this text as a possible beginning to Kojeve’s system. Next, in the second chapter of the article, the author commented the whole text in such manner and through three organic formulative links, showed the fundamental effect of "the Death" to his "philosophy of humanity", and then obtained the possibility of formulating "the Humanity".In the final, the author refuted Kejeve’s argumentations in two aspects, first, by the helping of the "Master-Slave" link in "the Phenomenology of Spirit", Kojeve cut and reversed the Hegelian Philosophy, therefore his interpretation is illegal; second, as a kind of tyrannic power to intepretation, the essentially fundamental link of the "Death/Nothingness"-"I die, I am", ignored the abysis which as a generative root of "Nothing/Being"; at last, due to the modernity as the essential signs of Kojeve has been discovered, then it reserves a preperation and expectation to "Homecoming".
