Study On Psychological Factors In Human Error Of Electric Power Enterprises

In recent decades, three times devastating major accidents has shocked the world. Three accidents are respectively for nuclear power plant accident at three mile island、 chernobyl accident and Bhopal chemical accidents. After the accident the researchers conducted a careful research, found that with the development of science and technology, the complexity of modern enterprise production equipment and precision is greatly increased, the reliability of mechanical hardware of people recognition, production equipment is no longer a key cause of the accident, human errors caused more and more accidents, and influence on the safety of production system more and more seriously. Accidents caused by human errors are one of the major accidents in production of a modern enterprise.The particularity of electric power industry determines the electric power enterprise’s safety in production is different from other industries. Unsafe behavior will directly lead to power production accidents in electric power enterprises. Electric power accidents damage not only reputation and economic benefits of the electric power enterprises, but also have bad influence on the society economy, the resident’s live and social stability.In recent years, the number of accidents caused by human errors is rising in electric power enterprise production in China. Safety management loopholes in electric power enterprises still exist. Human is the core of all safety management. Electric power enterprises have realized that the human error is the main cause of the accident. The modern research of people by error is less. Therefore, research the human error in electric power enterprise has great realistic significance to the development of enterprises in the future.In this article, author read the Chinese and foreign literature review, study the people cognitive ability and mechanism of the error, find factors of the error, by psychological factors as the breakthrough point, questionnaire survey was conducted for employees. Through the analysis of survey results, constructing new security company help employees plan management model.
