Currently, the study of terminology standardization and. Specification has becomethe research focus of terms in science and technology researchers, and standard termsin various disciplines also have been have been formulated and announced. However, the naming of legal terms and related research in the field of terminology, law andlinguistics is slow, and achievement is not much. Existing studies, which either totheoretical elaborate the standardization and specification of the legal terminology orto analyze the morphological features and classification of the legal terminologystatically are lack of deeply and dynamically analysis in legal terminology.Based on the above, we try to use interpretation factors to deeply and dynamicallyexplain legal neologisms which not only provide typical materials for the discovery, extraction and sorting rules of new legal terminology but also ensure the timeliness andvalidity of our study. The paper is divided into five chapters, each chapter reads as follows:The first chapter is an introduction. This chapter briefly introduces the researchstatus of the legal terminology, legal neologisms and the semantic analysis, theresearch background, significance, object and method. The second chapter is the analysis of legal neologisms’ common interpretationfactors in dictionaries. This chapter is mainly to analyze the language experience factorof the legal neologisms. We use the common interpretation factor system which wehave built to microscopically analyze the meaning of the legal neologisms, and thencomparatively analyze the legal neologisms between language dictionaries and legaldictionaries from item type, quantity and arrangement mode these three aspects. The third chapter is the analysis of legal neologisms’ specialized interpretationfactors in dictionaries. This chapter is mainly to analyze the specialist knowledgefactor of the legal neologisms. We use the specialist knowledge factor system whichwe have built to microscopically analyze the application of the specialist knowledgefactor in dictionaries. The chapter focus on the comparative analysis of the specialistknowledge factor and the application of the same specialist knowledge factor indifferent dictionaries. The fourth chapter is the analysis of legal nonce words’ factors. This chapter is mainly to analyze the application of legal nonce words’common interpretation factorsand specialist knowledge factors in contextual interpretation. This chapter is based onthe second chapter and the third chapter to explore the legal neologisms’ contextualmeaning, and then try to summarize the standard when the legal neologisms havelexicalization and change into new legal terminology. The fifth chapter is conclusion. This chapter is a review and summary of the wholethesis and objectively points out the deficiencies and the development space. The innovation of this paper lies in using the factor systems——commoninterpretation factor system and specialist knowledge factor system——we have builtto analyze the legal neologisms statically and dynamically. It has certain referentialvalue not only for legal neologisms’ discovery, extraction and sorting but also fornomenclature standardization, terminology research.
