Research On The Meaning Characteristics And Interpretation Of Legal Words

In recent years, with the development of society, China has made remarkable achievements in the legal system, then there is so much study of the law specialized dictionary compilation and legal words. Based on previous studies,this paper first analyzes the legal specialized words and language words that belong to the linguistic words from the perspective of the essence of the meaning the word, and then taking twelve about specific property infringement charges and five words about the remove of the prison law as the research object, under the guidance of concept of word meaning system, using the "one is divided into two parts" analysis to extract the characteristics of the meaning of legal words stratifily.the paper compared the meaning of legal words internal composition and characteristics of definitions in the Essential Series of Dictionary of Law to evaluate its dictionary definition.In addition,on the basis of the current academic research,we summarized the definition modes of specialized dictionary and rules of definitions,and compared the interpretation of legal dictionaries and language dictionary, concluding the characteristics of the legal words and interpretation in Chinese dictionaries.The full text is divided into six parts.The introduction part mainly introduced the research value, condition, research contents and idea, as well as the use of the theory and method in this paper.The first chapter from the word meaning, the relationship between word meaning and conception, analyzes the nature of the legal specialized words and the characteristics of the meaning of legal words.First,the paper analyzes the process of human understanding of the meaning, from monism, dualism to ternary, and from the concrete problems of divergence of specialized words and language words, the relationship between word meaning and conception analysis perspective.It is concluded that they have the same nature between legal specialized words and language words, and they are that people focus on a certain objective things, after the whole nation established, at the same time to join the people’s subjective cognition results.Then, this paper discusses the legal characteristics of specialized subject words, which provides the theoretical foundation for the following research.The second chapter analyzes the infringement of property crimes and remove two semantic systems.First according to case as the natural context, at the same time, the reference related judicial interpretation, with the analysis method of the "one is divided into two parts" to describe the meaning of these legal words system, we can clearly see the meaning of word meaning system with hierarchical characteristic, provided the basis for interpretation comparison below.The third chapter summarizes legal words interpreting mode. First on the basis of the previous research, we put forward the new classification standards, and then analyzes infringement of property crimes and remove the prison the interpreting mode.It is concluded that the Essential Series of Dictionary of Law usually adopts the interpreting mode for more than two conclusions.Compared the meaning and interpretation systems in the previous chapter, It evaluates the definition of the words in the Essential Series of Dictionary of Law, analyzes relationship between the two normal modes.The fourth chapter comparatively analyzes the language dictionary and specialized dictionaries about the same legal definitions of words,respectively from interpreting mode type, feature selection, explained contents and language, and attempts to analyzes legal words and the characteristics of its meaning in language dictionaries,.Conclusion part summarizes the research content of this article.
