Nursery-rhymes are helpful for developing intelligence and the ability of usinglanguage of children. While teaching children to sing nursery-rhymes is also important inthe kindergarten. So it put forward a very high demand of the ability of teachers to teachingchildren nursery-rhymes. The infant normal students will be the Kindergarten teachers whowill teach children to sing nursery-rhymes. But according to the survey results, the authorconclude that both infant normal students that in grade one and grade two and somekindergarten teachers have problems in learning and teaching nursery-rhymes. This essaytakes it as a starting point, launches the research on how to cultivate infant normal students’teaching ability.The primary coverage of this essay constitutes by three parts.In the first part it mainly introduces the role of nursery-rhymes played in the process oflanguage and intellectual development of infants and briefly introduces the history anddevelopment of nursery-rhymes itself, thus forming the overall understanding ofnursery-rhymes.In the second part the author through the questionnaire survey found that infant normalstudents and some kindergarten teachers have problems in teaching nursery-rhymes. Theseproblems are low level Mandarin, shortage of nursery-rhymes, obstacle in improvisation,misuse the Body Language and difficulties in Creative and changing rhymes because of lackof the nursery rhyme theory.The third part is the most important content. The author try some new methods to solvethese problems. For solving the problem of poor Mandarin, we trained the studentssystematically at first, and then let their natives teach them how to correct their same mistake.It effectively solves the problem of regional pronunciation; For coupe with the problem ofshortage of nursery-rhymes, we take the first step of “from less to more” and then change tothe second step” from more to less”. This makes the infant normal students know thenursery-rhymes well and improve the ability of finding the best out the sea of nursery-rhymes; For misusing the Body Language, we let the students practice the major Body Languagefacing the mirror. Furthermore, we provide as many opportunities as we could for the students.Let them teach the kids alone. That converse them of the roles of”students”.So they cancomplete learning and using the Body Language spontaneously; For solving the difficulties inCreative and changing rhymes, we take the deepen theoretical study first and then increase theperformance experience further, by inserting performance class in the process of theoreticallearning. Practice in learning and learning in practice, this way let the theory class becomestereo. And it makes the theory turn into students own quality, then as to achieve masterythrough a comprehensive study. Finally, the author traced the infant normal students’ score.By comparing the handling classes and control classes’ student’s performance, prove thatmethods of the training of young teachers and infant normal students nursery-rhymes teachingability are practical and effective.
