With the development of society, the social role of women is increasingly important. In state-owned enterprises, the female workers hold up half the sky, women’s mental health and life satisfaction also attracted people’s attention. In this study, Psychological well-being questionnaire and life satisfaction scale are used to research the status and relationships between Psychological well-being and life satisfaction of the women workers of state-owned enterprises and discuss the strategy of improving the satisfaction of women in their lives. The results showed that:1, The life satisfaction of femaleworkers of state-owned enterprises is in the mid to upper level and demographic factors had no significant difference on life satisfaction;2The indexof Psychological well-being of female workers of state-owned enterprises ison the average, in the factor of positive relations with others, the workers of state-owned enterprises under the age of25get higher score than anyother age group women workers; in the factor of self growth, the state-owned enterprise women workers over the age of46get lower score than thewomen workers on the other age grope; in the factor of personal growthand the life goals, the married women workers of state-owned enterprises get higher score than the unmarried women workers of state-owned enterprises.3there is significant correlation between Psychological well-being and life satisfaction of women workers of state-owned enterprises. |
