| In the modern enterprises of China, frequently, the thought of entrepreneur would be converted to be the spirit and culture of the whole company. Generally, this phenomenon also existed in the enterprises which Christian founded. Because of their devout personal belief, the Christian merchants often take the Christian concept as the foundation of company’s core spirit, thereby, permeating the Christian spirit into the management and operation of enterprise, and then the characteristic Christian enterprise came into being in modern history. However, some Christian merchants Christianize the company in the beginning of foundation. As the development and evolution of company, the Christian concept in the corporation culture was weakened and the elements of Christian became indistinct. This kind of untruly Christian corporation between the two types would be defined as the unchristian corporation with some Christian elements. The author does a case study of The Sincere, which is a representative of this type of companies. Firstly, the author wants to expound the origin of Christian elements in The Sincere by means of discussion and mastering its development history and its founder Ma Yingbiao’s life story and Christian undertakings. In addition, the author also analyses its Christian feature in-depth so as to explore how Ma’s Christian thought influenced his company Furthermore, on the foundation of that, a comparative study between The Sincere and East Asia would be done. East Asia is a typical Christian corporation, from the study, we can find the similarities and differences of their Christianizing degree. |
