The Research Of Teachers Guilt Questionnaire Construction And Preliminary Application

Guilt is an emotion that we usually go through. And the experience of guilt has made a great effect on our physical and mental health. Some researches have seen that teachers would like to talk about their own frustration, guilt, etc. Meanwhile, it reveals the guilt is an important part in our teachers’ lives of emotion, which affects many aspects of teachers’ teaching and lives. Therefore, the paper analyzes the guilt from the anger of teachers, complies questionnaires, and then do some research about the teachers’ guilt. The results showed that self-made teachers guilt scale could be used as an effective measure tools with good reliability and validity; Teachers guilt has no significant differences in gender and marital status, but exists in age, the seniority, the grade, education, title and job type, etc.
