Study Of Qingyuan City’s Cultural Competitiveness Construction

With the process of globalization continues to accelerate, political, economic, and cultural ties more closely. In this situation, China’s traditional culture has a big impact, Westernization was serious, cultural convergence was increasing. Since the reform and opening up, China’s urban construction blindly emphasized economic construction and ignored cultural construction, resulting in losing the characteristics and becoming the same, it derived a lot of problems. The economic development brings a better material life, but the spiritual world is increasingly empty, through long-term studies have found that this phenomenon is caused by the cultural construction lag,so we should pay attention to keep the balance of "quality" and "quantity" in urban construction process, and then city can sustainable development. Therefore, strengthening the Qingyuan’s cultural competitiveness construction is imminent. This paper attempts to analyze Qingyuan’s cultural construction situation, the existing problems and the cause, and then make some measures to promote the Qingyuan’s cultural competitiveness construction, in order to make the city’s development faster and better. This paper has six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction. Main contents are research background, research significance, research methods and logical thinking, etc.The second chapter is mainly on elaborating the connotation, features and functions of culture, urban culture, urban cultural competitiveness and cultural competitive construction. This chapter is the theoretical basis of this study.The third chapter primarily analyzes the situation of Qingyuan’s cultural competitive construction. Select some indicators of the National Urban Culture competitiveness evaluation index system to analyze the Qingyuan’s cultural construction, mainly analyze the natural geographical environment, historical and cultural resources, cultural symbols, cultural organization, cultural industries and cultural market.The fourth chapter mainly expounds the problems existing in the Qingyuan’s cultural construction, the main problems are the city’s image and brand of culture, inadequate infrastructure and distribution, cultural industry and the market is relatively lags behind, management and system remains to be perfect. Analyzes the cause of problems, mainly are the material basis, cultural system, cultural concepts and cultural industry strategic planning. The problems were described in this chapter should be solved in Qingyuan’s cultural competiveness construction.The fifth chapter content is mainly aimed at the problems put forward some suggestions about management system, personnel training, cultural industry market regulation mechanism, and discusses how to improve urban culture influence.The last chapter, we summarize the full text, and look forward to the future of Qingyuan’s cultural competitiveness construction.
