In twentieth Century, the compilation of the anthology of song poetry showsnew characteristics. The purpose of compilation shifts from advocating a viewabout poetics to enjoying and studying. The quantity of the poems which wereselected was raised from only selecting a few famous poems. This reflectgenerally the development of song poetry. This thesis consists of three chapters,carries on the inspection to Anthology of Song poetry of the twentieth and otherfactors.In the first chapter, I plan to introduce the general situation and changes ofthe anthology of Song poetry in the twentieth Century, and analyze the differencesbetween the anthology of Tang poetry and the anthology of Song poetry whicheffect on people.In the second chapter, first of all, I plan to analyze the background of poetics’in the early twentieth Century. Then, to understand the purpose through studyingtwo anthologies of Song poetry.In the third chapter, I plan to detailed study the anthologies of Song poetrywhich were compiled after the middle of the twentieth Century. First, I plan tostudy the development of poetics of Song poetry, which is the background of thecompilation of anthology of Song poetry after the middle of the twentieth Century.Then, I plan to study the feature of anthology of Song poetry in fifty years’, eightyyears’ and ninety years’. The compilation of anthology of Song poetry wasinfluenced obviously by the views under the background in the twentieth Centuryfifty years. The anthology Songshixuanzhu is typical. At the same time, I plan toanalyze the features, the studying history, and the value of Songshixuanzhu. And Iwill select several typical anthology of Song poetry which compiled in thetwentieth Century ninety years to analyze. In the twentieth Century eighty years, the main feature of the anthology of Song poetry is comprehensively selectingpoems, which show the tendency of appreciation. In the twentieth Century ninetyyears, the main feature of the anthology of Song poetry is that reflects the featureof Song poetry. Besides, the free form of comment and paying more attention toappreciation are also its features.Through analysis above, we can study the characteristics in development andsignificance of the twentieth Century Anthology of Song Poetry.
