Recent years the fact that the age of moral issues tends to be younger insociety makes us rethink the moral education of teenagers. In early studies onmoral psychology, the individual cognition is considered as the only influenceon moral judgement and has little connection with emotion. with the newprogress on moral psychology, researchers have found that emotion plays asignificant role in moral judgement. Moreover, some researchers even thinkemotion inflects more than cognition. Therefore, research on some specificemotion has theoretical and practical significance in moral judgement. This thesis consists of three sections. In the first section, it has reviewedcorrelative theoretical and empirical analyses connected with emotion andmoral judgement. The studies also confirm the vital role of emotion. In thesecond part, it investigates students’ moral judgement under the condition ofshame and guilty through questionnaires. The last part of the paper draws aconclusion and reflection of the research, meanwhile, points out theinadequacy and prospects of the study.By Moral Judgement Test, the comparison under shame and guiltycomes to two conclusions. First of all, the induction factor of the two emotionis different in grade, and there is no difference in gender. Secondly, the moraljudge ability in guilty is not different from the emotion of shame. In otherwords, the emotion of guilty and shame has no effection to the moral judgeability.
