As a main form of transportation, automobile has existed in the world over a hundredyears. As an obvious result, the auto-meter always changed its figure with its coexisted partner, automobile, in a tremendous background of huge development of science, technology andtimes.Through the researches on the evolution of auto-meter, a shining clue about advancementcan be picked up according to the axis of time. Such clue is a brand new concept nameddimension. From industrial age to digital age, the amount of dimension of auto-meter wasvividly elevated from2or3to a higher level of5or6. In other words, a phenomenon that theelevation of the amount of dimensions of auto-meter brings some positive influences on thetransmission of the signals of auto-meter has been founded. Such sparkle point start adeeper-diving research on the relationship between the amount level of dimension and theefficiency level of signals of auto-meter. Main motivation of this project stem from ahigh-standard of future about safety and efficiency of drivers and driving process. In the handof eye-movement experiment, many objective indexes and properties would be attained whichhold the abilities to clarify the relationship between the amount level of the signals transmitby auto-meter and the efficiency of transmission of signals of auto-meter from the out worldto in world. Because, such a relationship had been proved by objective experiments, it can betreated as a guide-line to auto-meter design. For purpose of developing the functionality of such theory, a conceptual project ofdesign based on such theory is necessary. Furthermore, meaning-full aim of presenting aconceptual project is to probe the reasonability of such theory in the field of auto-meterdesign.
