The issues of new generation of migrant workers have being a study direction and asubject for domestic academic field. Also the turnover of the new generation of migrantworkers is the important problem which business operations and development need facedto. How to reduce the employee turnover rate has always been an unsolved problem for thecompany management. It will bring a lot of problems with the leave of employees.Based on the research and theory at home and abroad, this article uses approaches ofinterview, literature analysis, and data analysis, as well as theoretical principles of humanresource management, organizational behavior, and psychology to analyze and research theturnover reason of new generation of migrant workers at Company B.It’s found that the turnover reason has significant difference on Gender, Age, MarriageStatus, Tenure and Leave Year. The result showed that:1. Male are easier leave company than Female, for Career Perspective andCompensation&Benefits reason, male are higher than female.2. The age between21and25is the most group, the age between31and34leavebecause personal reason.3. Work less than3months and between6months to2years leave most.4. Unmarried leave more than married.5. The personal reason is the large reason for the years, and Career Perspectivereason declined from year2010, Job Suitability is keep at about15%, from year2012thereason Compensation&Benefits increased.This research is to study the turnover problem of new generation of migrant workersat Company B, so it is also valuable for the human resource management of foreign capitalcorporations similar to Company B.On the basis of the analysis and research, this articlefrom the point of view of human resource management, organizational behavior andpsychology, proposes a set of suggestions. The suggestions include reasonably planningand organization of recruitment; establish a reasonable payment system, career planning for employees, and building up harmonious working environment. Also proposes a set ofsolutions to the local government include implement the reform of the resident registrationsystem, strengthen the education and training, innovate of new generation migrant workersservice policy, improve the new generation of migrant workers social security system,solve the problem of the new generation of migrant children education.These solutions could probably reduce and avoid the turnover behavior. The stabilityemployment of the new generation of migrant workers and the new pattern of China’surbanization process will promote each other.
