The Research On The Psychological Problems Of Migrant Workers In The Process Of Urbanization

In the process of urbanization in China, migrant workers are those people who work in the town but their census register in the countryside .Peasant workers is a special group, They made a great contribution for China's urban development and construction . but in the process of contact with the citizens,they are not accepted by the city.so They produce a lot of psychological problems .Many scholars make many researchs of migrant workers From the Institutional aspects. But they do few research of migrant workers's psychological problems. According to Psychological theory ,economics ,law and sociology we make research of migrant workers's psychological problems. Contents include:Firstly, the research of migrant workers home and abroad. The reason of we do this research .Secondly, the status of the migrant workers in the urbanization process, mainly from the economic level and social level, to analyze the survival of the contemporary situation of migrant workers. theoretical foundation of our study : demand theory, social role theory, cultural conflict theory.Thirdly, the main show of migrant workers'psychological problems and causes of psychological problems;Fourthly, from the subjective and objective aspects ,find right way to solve migrant workers'psychological problems.The fundamental purpose of this paper is to find the reason of the contradictions and problems, explore ways to solve psychological problems of migrant workers. we hope our countries can develop the relevant policies of migrant workers, effectively solveing the problem of migrant workers. we should help them establish self-confidence and complete their personality. Because migrant workers Make a great contribution for the development of our society.
