Research On Qian Feng’s Calligraphy

This article is study on the calligraphy of Qian Feng who was used to live in the Mid-Qing Dynasty.As One of the representative figures of Tie school Calligraphers In the Qian Long period, Qian Feng based on Yan style and got a great success on the basis of accumulating the ancients, Including Borrowed from Tang and Song Dynasty.while Zhao Mengfu and Dong Qichang Calligraphic style was popular.So Qian Feng’s Calligraphy became a special phenomenon with its forceful heavy characteristics and had an important impact on people who was Learning Yan style.This paper analyzes the origin of Qian Feng’s calligraphy,as well as the reason of his final Selecting about Yan Style to develop and get a great success finally,in order to give his calligraphy reasonable location. Including a study of the museum collections and auction works, analyse the creative period of his calligraphy,moreover by split-off generation the way presents. Simultaneously excanation micro concepts of Qian Feng’calligraphy from his poetry anthology and corpus,such as strength theory, carved stone theory along with cultivation theory. It can be used as a supplementary research of his calligraphy.We could see many points of view from the evaluation of future generations always combination of calligraphy character and moral quality,which was a lifetime pursuit of Qian Feng himself. This article trying to rose this type of phenomenon to Personalization areas by take Qian Feng as the example. And then analysis occurrence with influence from the standard of Personalization areas of calligraphy.
