On Health Evaluation Of Creativity Ecosystem In Historical And Cultural Block

Creative economy has been the focused economy of21st century. It has been an economic growth pole in our country since it was developed. In the author’s view, it needs a broader vision to observe the development of creative economy, which is creativity ecosystem. Studying creative economy from the angle of ecosystem, provides a way to thinking over every factors, environment, and their relationship of creative economy ecologically and scientifically, which has a great importance in recognizing creative economy and its law of development accurately.Historical and cultural block is the major creative economy base, whose creative economy is an important creative economy part in our country. So the article puts historical and cultural block as its study point, defines creativity ecosystem, analyses its components and function mechanism, constructs a set of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem health evaluation index system and model, and does a real evaluation and analysis by taking the Sanfangqixiang as an example, and then provides some optimization advice. In the whole view, the article offers new thought and advices to creative economy development in historical and cultural block by the health evaluation of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem base on the angle of ecosystem.There are5parts in the article:Part1, theory introduction and concepts description of creativity ecosystem. This part elaborates the theory base of the biological metaphor, including the natural ecosystem theory, new growth theory and creative economy theory. Starting by the connotation of creative economy, it analyses the classification and characteristics of creative economy, describes the definition and outline of creativity ecosystem using the biological metaphor.Part2, the analysis of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem. The author traces the formation of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem, defines historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem, analyses its composition in detail, as well as its function mechanism between living beings and environment, and finally represents the whole look of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem.Part3, construction of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem health evaluation index system. In this part, the author proposes the significance and general thoughts of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem health evaluation, sets the principles while constructing the index system. Guiding by those principles, the author raises a health evaluation index system which including3criterion indexes,16first class indexes and50second class indexes, drawing the experience of Costanza and according the reality of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem.Part4, construction of historical and cultural block creativity ecosystem health evaluation model and case study. Base on the former evaluation index system, the author analyses and choses methods to building the model and introduces the detail procedures of F-AHP. Then the author constructs the evaluation model basing the data from inviting experts marking, asking for opinions and questionnaire survey. Finally, the author makes a real evaluation and result analysis by the example of Sanfangqixiang, and provides some suggestions to optimize its creativity ecosystem.Part5, a summary of the research content and results, deficiencies and expected improvements of the research.
