The Kazak ethnic group is not only one of the main ethnic groups in Central Asia Kazakhstan, but also one of the minority several cross-border Xinjiang- the territory of our country. We can find many genres of the folk literature in Kazak folk literature, covering myths and legends, folk narrative poem and folk stories and so on. As we all know, the Kazakh ethnic minority are a nomadic people, and they continue to migrate all year round. So Kazak folk literature takes shape in the process of migration. On the other hand, according to their own domestic demand, Kazak folk literature with the development history and the profound connotation accepts the impacts of the foreign literature in the long process of historical development and learns from the best parts of ancient Persia, ancient India, Arabia, then internalizes as a part of their own blood, which enriches and develops the ideological content and their own artistic skills. So the Kazak folk literature not only has essential features including the general oral folk literature, the group, inheritance, variation, but also has distinctive characteristics: grassland, openness, pluralism. Indian ancient literary classic-- Panchatantra that has a far-reaching influence on the world literature also has an important influence on Kazak folk literature.This thesis intends to use the theory and method of comparative literature, and elaborates that Panchatantra has a far-reaching influence on the world literature. A comparison of the two expands the research space of comparative literature and folk literature. The research content mainly consists of three parts: introduction, the main text and the conclusion. Firstly, in order to make the reader roughly have an overall understanding on the Kazak folk literatures and Panchatantra, the Kazak folk literatures and Panchatantra are briefly introduced. Then, it states the acceptances and variations of Kazak folk literatures from the angle of comparative literature popular science and mutation theory, including the acceptance and variation of animal images. Next, it makes the category analysis on the two from comparative literature typology and the theory of folk literature perspective and it consists of warning monitor type, animal grudges type, devoid of gratitude type and so on, additionally illustrates the reasons of the division. Lastly, it interprets the analysis of the theme science, using the theory and method research of parallel. And the study of themes is the most important, moreover, states the same points of structure of art and the similarities and differences of images and aesthetic characteristics. The last part of the article is epilogue, which makes a general summary on Panchatantra and Kazak folk literature and deepens the full text.The most important content of this thesis aims to cover that Panchatantra has the full range of influence on Kazak folk stories, and finds the effect traces. Then we can explore openness, diversity and richness of Kazak folk literature.
