Positive experience, positive qualities and positive organizations is the research theme of positive psychology, among them, the development and management of human psychological advantage has become a focus in the study of positive organizational behavior. In modern society, with the new generation employees increasingly become the subject of human resources, traditional salary incentive has been difficult to meet the expectations of employees, to inspire the potential of employees and the value creation of energy, such as the incentives of a single, lack of employee participation incentive process, performance appraisal lag lead to incentive, incentive failure, etc., not in time so that the inner potential of staff inspire and effective incentive become the source of human resource performance, and it is important weight in an impregnable position in the competition. Therefore, we need to motivate the staff’s internal energy, make its dedicated work, can work in get the sense of lasting happiness. Intrinsic motivation, job involvement, as a kind of positive psychological tendency, and is the cause of positive organizational behavior, is the enterprise and the staff realize the benign interaction of positive energy.Through literature review and empirical research found that domestic and foreign research on intrinsic motivation, mainly focused on the definition of intrinsic motivation theory research, and on the influence factor of intrinsic motivation research in recent years, but has not yet been exploring its influence mechanism model of job performance. Literature review found that there is no research between intrinsic motivation, job involvement and job performance of mechanism model. Therefore, this article for enterprise employees, by building the intrinsic motivation, job involvement and job performance of the relational model, employees were discussed from the Angle of positive organizational behavior intrinsic psychological behavior, improve the enterprise’s emphasis on employees’ intrinsic motivation, employee performance theory, make the enterprise the effective incentive behavior and employees in the work flow experience behavior an ever-present, everywhere.Employees of a water group in Jilin as the research object, adopting suitable for intrinsic motivation scale, job involvement, job performance scale, 450 questionnaires, 440 effective questionnaires were taken back, use SPSS19.0 for data analysis, through the descriptive statistics analysis, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis, to verify this hypothesis, the following conclusions:1. Employees’ intrinsic motivation factors, self-determination and work involved in average highest, lowest average interest and curiosity. Energy score is average highest in job involvement. Relationship performance score is average highest in job performance.2. Employees’ of different personal attributes, its intrinsic motivation, job involvement and job performance exist significant differences, different incentive measures should be taken.3. The intrinsic motivation and job performance has significant positive correlation between overall. Among them, the feeling of competence had the greatest influence on job performance. The intrinsic motivation and job involvement has significant positive correlation between overall. Among them, the feeling of competence had the greatest influence on job involvement. The job involvement and job performance has significant positive correlation between overall. Among them, the vitality had the greatest influence on job performance.4. Job involvement plays an intermediary role between intrinsic motivation and job performance.Finally, from the incentive mechanism, management and evaluation system, combining with the research results, as well as the actual situation of a water group staff development, putting forward a series of feasible suggestions for the improvement of employees’ intrinsic motivation level, to realize the benign interaction of enterprise’s fame and fortune, employees’ happiness, a win-win situation.
