Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Scientific And Technological Culture In The Contemporary China Community

The balance between scientific and technological culture and the balance between the economic and social development has become an important issue in the contemporary China. Community construction is the foundation of social stability, harmony and happiness. It has become a hot social issue about how to facilitate the community development by strengthening the construction of scientific and technological culture. This thesis discusses them from the following three points.I.Reviewing the related theories of the construction of the scientific and technological culture in the community.Theoretical study is the prerequisite for community building practices. This paper studies the community construction ideas at home and abroad and the successful experience of community governance deeply,combined with the current situation,and grasps the basic content,fundamental characteristics and contemporary significance of the construction of the scientific and technological culture in the community in the new period,laying the foundation for community construction.II.Analyzing the status and problems of construction of scientific and technological culture in the community.Analysis of fact is the fundamental practice of Community construction. It is necessary for us to summarize construction achievements and outstanding unsolved issues, respect objective facts, fully understanding the current situation, issues and causes of construction of scientific and technological culture in community in modern China,and provide the impetus for community building.III. Exploring the ways to realize the construction of scientific and technological culture in the community.Path exploration of ways is the strategies of community construction practice. To deal comprehensively with the juxtaposition of all-round man’s overall development of individuals and sustainable community development,and clearly understand the international situation and encourage system innovation,talent training and resource exploitation and other alternative ways for construction of scientific and technological culture in community,making a direction for community construction.It is glad for us that construction of scientific and technological culture in community gets the society’s attention and participation. Meanwhile,it also worries that it may hinder further development of realistic factors so long. If construction of scientific and technological culture in community can promote Chinese spirit, condense the Chinese power,and adhere to Chinese roads,it will benefit each resident in Chinese community.
