Chief of the Art Ensemble is a documentary based on Mr Yang’s typical life story, it mainly demonstrates the living conditions, lifestyles and spiritual path of the elderly people under the leadership of our Party since the implementation of reform and open revolution. This paper will analysis and summarize these people’s characteristics and life experience.This article is based on the contemporary documentary theoretical approach and it will use the creation method of the Chief of the Art Ensemble to analysis these people’s characteristics and creativity consciousness under the proposition of the response and reaction of the subject being taken in an unexpected circumstance.
