| In reign of the second term king ?ulgi of Ur III dynasty(2093 BC-2046 BC), the dynasty reached its peak. In order to meet the increasing demand, a large animal tribute center named é-Puzrish-Dagan was built by the king ?ulgi at his 39 th year’s dominance(2056 BC) near the holy city Nippur, this animal tribute center located at Drehem site in modern Iraq.é-Puzri?-Dagan, which was near to the Nippur and Tummal, was convenient for provide festival celebration and religious sacrifices required a lot of sacrifices, at the same time can also provided consumption of livestock for nobles, officials and foreign diplomats and soldiers. It serves a vital purpose in the of national economic management system in Ur III dynasty.This paper reconstructs the documents of Abba-kalla, arrange the text according to the time sequence, and presented in three languages: Sumerians, English and Chinese. From the archive we learn that the career of Abba-kalla lasted from ? 45 ii/00 to IS 2 x/00, The duty of Abba-kalla concerns two aspects: the period of ?ulgi.
