Ancient Chinese ceramics culture is an important part of China’s splendid history and culture, the cultural connotation and covered by science and technology level was blessed by the people all over the world. Glazed tile is an important part of Chinese ancient architecture, its production and use, is an important constitute a system of feudal society of ancient buildings.According to the current archaeological, architectural glass technology in China origins can be traced back to the northern wei period. But its emergence and development, and glass products, tile and lead glaze technology is closely linked the emergence and development of han dynasty. During the Ming and qing dynasties is a mature period of construction of coloured glaze technology in our country, during this period, coloured glaze is not only as a building material, building more reflects the feudal hierarchy on the construction of a kind of existence.This article consists of four parts, mainly as follows:The first chapter the paper an introduction, mainly introduces the history of the coloured glaze and glazed tile, glazed tile and ancient China’s formula and firing technology. Through the literature and archaeological materials and relevant research materials and the research status of a more comprehensive understanding of glazed tile, puts forward the research purpose and significance of this work. And introduced in detail in the thesis research method in this paper, the principle and technology adopted by the method of the system.The excavation of the site of the second chapter PangWan profiles such as background, this paper adopts the source of samples and relevant information.The third chapter is the main part of the paper, in order to hubei PangWan coloured glaze kiln site unearthed glazed tile in Ming dynasty as the research object, by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (sem), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), Raman spectroscopy (Raman), X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) and thermal expansion (DIL), and other means of science and technology, on the physical properties, microstructure, chemical composition, sintering temperature and other aspects of the analysis, understand its physical properties and chemical composition, discuss the fire craft PangWan wudang kiln site unearthed glazed tile, color mechanism and PangWan scientific problems such as the output of the glazed tile, the related research results for the ancient Chinese architectural glass processing technology and provide scientific basis for protection research, to study the construction of the Ming dynasty in wudang mountain activities also provide related scientific and technological support.The fourth chapter is the conclusion of the thesis. PangWan wudang kiln site unearthed glazed tile has low water absorption and porosity, its structure is compact, high degree of vitrified glaze, glaze combined closely, forming a layer of clear embryo glaze middle transition layer, reflects its selection of the raw material, elutriation and craft level is better; Tire of XRF and XRD analysis results show that PangWan wudang kiln site of glazed tile tire SiO2 content is between 37.52% and 60.37%, mostly around 50%; Al2O3 content was 15.85% on average, CaO content is generally higher than 10%, with the south tire material characteristic of "high silicon low aluminum", its main phase as calcite, quartz, albite, and suggests that PangWan site strength and hardness of the samples of glazed tile is higher, at the same time, contrast of wudang mountain and yunnan black hole town samples found that three tire components of the difference is small, that the formula of glazed tile tyres in Ming dynasty is relatively stable and close; PangWan site of glazed tile thermal expansion curve show that the sintering temperature up to 1100℃, and its surface glaze for low temperature lead glaze, that PangWan ryukyu and ryukyu and tile using secondary burning process; According to the glaze of XRF analysis results can be seen that CuO content is between 0.96% and 2.10%, Fe2O3 content is between 0.8% and 1.7%, showed that PangWan wudang kiln site color glazed tile glaze mainly for copper and iron, with copper as the main color elements; Combined with the analysis of the RM, glaze in the copper should exist in the form of Cu2+, can preliminary inference PangWan wudang kiln site green glazed tile glaze color phase is mainly hematite and malachite. Comprehensive analysis and field investigation results of science and technology, Pang Wan wudang kiln firing technology of relics unearthed glazed tile is higher, the quality is good, should be to serve mass construction activity in Ming dynasty, wudang mountain.
