| Since the birth of film, record has been a film-making important factor, and record aesthetics also saw strides in the Taiwan New Film Movement, while Chinese mainland stars it later. This paper focuses on the comparison and analysis between Taiwan "New Film" and "the 6th Generation" Film of Chinese Mainland, mainly separately sorts out their own development processes, and selects the typical films of different directors, so as to conduct, in the perspective of expounding and analyzing film language, a analysis of general survey, film and TV languages and aesthetic tendency of the selected films. On the basis of comparison and analysis, this paper holds that Taiwan new films enjoy the features of aesthetics, relatively mature and regular models of emotional expression as well as more profound and deeper concept and knowledge, while the 6th generation films put too much emphasis on actual experience and individualism, however, both of them are exploring and creating the styles of record aesthetics in Chinese films. |
