View of language is the ideas of what is the nature of language, which involves a series of fundamental view about the question of language ontology. View of language is the soul of specific language research, and stays in the heart of linguistics theory research. This paper is based the concept of genetic theory hypothesis of language and language acquisition theory, indicated the about view language of the specific point of view and the view of language, the objective of present his views on the concept of language and insights, statement of which is reasonable and unreasonable component. The main idea of this paper discusses the typical language view and view of language acquisition are analyzed in detail. On this basis, draw on the reasonable parts of the various language view, combined with the related discipline theories. The results shows that we devise their own viewpoints on language with a logical reasoning and contradictory analysis. The process of analysis shows the overall outline and context of the author’s view of language.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly clear three questions:1, the problem solving. That is, what is "the concept of genetic theory hypothesis of language"? 2, the role and importance of language view.3, the main content of this article and meaning. Second chapter view and view of language acquisition and language related problems, combing the main point of the view of language, and of all kinds of language view and on the view of language acquisition, respectively and gives the authors own opinions and views, including all kinds of language view and view of language acquisition is reasonable and unreasonable component analysis. Chapter 3 and chapter 4 is the main part of the article, mainly demonstrates the author view of language and the inference process of the concept of language acquisition and the conclusion. Stated the author draw the reasonable composition of various theory, combined with the theoretical achievements of other disciplines, the application of interconnected between disciplines, explain each other to get his theory on the question of language genetic hypothesis. On the base of the above, the author of the integration of process of manufacture, demonstration, and reasoning formed his own view on language acquisition theory viewpoint. Fifth chapter content is mainly applied theoretical achievements of the author in this paper produces, "the" word phrase in Chinese and English synonymous language form comparison acquisition as an example to show the author’s view on language and the application value of language acquisition of the language acquisition and second language acquisition.The significance of this paper lies in:this paper is a beneficial attempt in theory.
