| Hsia Yu, as one of Taiwan’s representative ofthe"Genesis" Poetry,began to write poem since nineteen. She had participated in Grassroots Poetry Society in her earlier days.During her study, her poems were selected in Zhang Mo’s book "modern women poets anthology" and was "Genesis" thirtieth anniversary of the founding poetry prize and was "Genesis" thirtieth anniversary of the founding poetry prize",Foreign Literature" Modern Poetry Prize, in 2005,she was named "Top Ten Taiwan Contemporary Poets" which made her the only selected Mesozoic poetess. Based on a close reading of the text of her poetry, we sort out various types of images, and to explore the construction under imagery of her poetry which reflects the female experience of writing from a different type of love, lust and maternal speculation summon three dimensions.First, sort out the main types of poetic imagery, and then explore the unique meaning of these imagery of her poetry. We divided these imagery into three categories: first, animal imagery, such as cats, fish, dogs, etc., analyse how does she accomplish the object of life experience in the use of these animals in turn imagery into their abundant emotion; Second, from the everyday experience, such as stamps, shoes, rain, etc,we analyze how the poet build the structure so that constitute imagery inherent Overturn and conventions; and finally, the poet Poetry gather imagery of death among emphasis on death imagery, is actually a personalized experience and artistic way to convey the women’s own distinct life experiences, giving a death experience unlike male writing.Secondly, Hsia Yu’s writing about women experience is beyond romance, marriage and ethical reasoning areas in the traditional sense, with the unusual technique of deconstruction or reshape social reality of the relationship between body and soul, the relationship between motherhood and fertility, etc,daily narrative, the narrative of desire and other "personal" way of writing has become a regular state in poetry. Hsia Yu’s writing about love is not using stiff adjectives and imagery to a pile of thick soft tone of love, but the injection of profound thinking in words of love, making solid images, language does not flow to the weak sentiment and using language tricks to create a poem mood. Throughout the 1980s, female erotic themes presented in poetry by female poets, Hsia Yu expresses a calm and intellectual view of sex, through writing desire, she refused to become a silent non-self.Again, we analyze tradition and convention of her poets through imaginary construction, and then generalize personality traits. The article is explore two aspects of her poetry, her subversion of the traditional style and her personality which show in her poetry. We think Hsia Yu’s rewritten of traditional male classic and western fairy tales had overturn the traditional concept of literature,at the same time, is a supplement of men’s writing in the literary field. Hsia Yu’s rebellious style of poetry,she is not mean to do so or purely opposition for opposition, but because of her innate personality, personality structure.Finally, at the basement of concluding Hsia Yu’s Image Art of poetry,we explore the meaning of poetry, and look ahead to the prospect future of study Hsia Yu. |
