After The Sound "Zhang Hao" The Interactive Relationship Between The Dead And The Living Manners

Since ancient times, nobody can avoid death, funeral became a unique scenery of folk custom. With the development of economic, the degree of social modernization is deepening, many traditions disappeared slowly. And the civil funeral ceremony, which has been carrying the Chinese people’s thinking for life with the evolution of thousands of years, also reflects the cultural and ethnic backgrounds in different regions.In this paper, we studied on the Funeral Music Jingbian County, combed various funeral ceremony of the Chinese folk, northern area of Shaanxi and Jingbian County, and the situation of Jingbian County funeral music was also inspected, which are described in form and function. Through research, the paper argues that there is some interaction among the dead, the living and the rituals of these three, which essentially reflects the interaction between the law and the meaning behind the music, customs and cultures possess. Which presents a series of relationships:the relationship between the dead and the living is maintained through the "filial piety", and the livings’express their aspirations through the "music" to the dead, which reflects of the livings’attitude to the ’dead’through the understanding of the "dead".These interactions between the living and the dead are carried out in a certain form, and music is one of the special ways. Music was served as a guide and media, and the livings convey information and express wishes of the deceased through certain programs or steps. Meanwhile, as an important feature in the funeral, music is also an integral role of the ceremony, and there are still direct and indirect interaction between the livings and the dead. In these interactions, the zhanghao become a symbol, the trombone which assumes the office of this task, whenever it sounds to the sky, which represents the starting of different aspects of the ceremony. Although the step of Jingbian County Funerals are tedious, the funeral can be carried out in an orderly manner at the prompt resolution of the zhanghao, and the funeral of a specific function is completed at the same time:reflecting the livings’memory, blessing, recall, sadness, respect and other feelings to the dead, which communicate to the dead through the ceremony; hoping the dead can bless the livings. And the interactive relationship between the dead and the living has been completed during the ceremony.
