This study is to understand the current situation of Chinese culture teaching in Mongolian university, the Chinese tea culture popularization and the research of teaching through an exploratory and pilot, to further promote the teaching of Chinese culture in the development of Mongolian University do a bit of effort.The survey was conducted using the literature review and questionnaire survey.Thesis is divided into five chapters to discuss:Chapter one is the introduction, the background and meaning of this topic, research literature review, research contents, methods and the key points and difficulties; the second chapter is University of Mongolia Chinese tea culture teaching curriculum questionnaire survey analysis, is divided into three sections:first section is the survey questionnaire [the main contents of the survey are:curriculum, teaching methods, the students’learning motivation and learning situation, students hope learning content and learning methods), the second section is analyzing survey results, the third section shows the conclusion of the investigation and Its Enlightenment to the instruction. The third chapter is the tea culture comparison, there are three sections:first, the Chinese tea culture overview, second, Mongolia tea culture overview, third, China and Mongolia tea culture differences. This part is from four angles to compare:tea kind, tea drinking tea custom, the time of the tea drinking tea, the highest one kind of tea. The fourth chapter is about the resources of the college students to carry out the teaching of Chinese tea culture. There are four sections:tea, promotion of tea culture of the video, tea culture experience, related vocabulary and information. The fifth chapter is the design of tea culture for college students in Mongolia, the first section is the overall design, the second section is for teaching design example:brew chinese green tea.The Universities of Mongolia have not set up special course of teaching Chinese tea culture, but according to preliminary research Mongolian College Students are very interested in Chinese tea culture, Opening tea culture curriculum system classes in Mongolian Universities should become one of research contents of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Chinese tea culture is famous in the world, the students in Mongolia have some knowledge about Chinese tea, especially the students of Chinese language classes, but still need to study systematically.
