Madness is the disorder behavior of humans’ spirits and thoughts, which reaches individuals’ deep inside and disobeys the rational system, as a result they were usually expelled from the rational society. As a kind of lesion morphology in the social life,madness not only attracts the attention of the psychologists and the physicians, but also the sociologist. In the field of literature, madness gives the writers rich material,on the other hand, literature works let the madness present rich significance in diverse cultural context.Writers portrayed so many images of madness which have unique features and spiritual connotation in fictions of the New Era, that made great contribution to the prosperity of literature of the New Era.
