In recent years, the career of teaching Chinese as a foreign language Develops continuously, so that Each field of have a certain progress, the research on Chinese reading teaching which is one of Chinese language skills courses also get comprehensive and in-depth development. But under the influence of " communication " as core ideology of teaching Chinese,Chinese reading teaching has not been paid enough attention. The role of reading in language learning is self-evident. Reading is not only the basis to comprehensively improve the level of language, but can effectively promote other Chinese skills. In the face of the actual situation of the Obviously lack of Chinese reading courses, we should look for the breakthrough from extracurricular Chinese reading of international students, making it a effective way remedy insufficiency of Chinese reading classroom teaching.This paper is based on the study of situation about Chinese extracurricular reading of International students.
