In the current rapid development of China’s economic and social situation, college students face huge confusion at a critical moment in their lives, such as:academic pressure, interpersonal association, lack of ability to adapt, the conflict of self-realization and environmental constraints and so on. All of these must affect college students’ mental health status and personal growth. The current researches about psychological confusion mainly focus on counseling case analysis and the questionnaire survey and education countermeasures, while which rarely involve laboratory proofing, so they lack ways and methods to improve college students’ psychological confusion in a simple and quick way.The study is base on prototype elicitation theory that solve problems creatively, which uses interview, questionnaire survey, literature review and expert evaluation, and set experimental material store. On the one hand, it is for verifying that there is prototype elicitation theory in solving psychological confusion, and provides experimental material store for subsequent studies. On the other hand, it can verify whether the "reading therapy that is about key information and psychological confusion can be useful to solve psychological confusion, and it can also provide theoretical support for the treatment principle and mechanism of the "Reading therapy.The first experiment is mainly for writing 《The experimental material store for solving college students’ psychological confusion》. First of all, we collect college students’ typical cases about psychological confusion by means of distributing 《questionnaires about psychological confusion》 to college students, and do a preliminary survey of college students in the process of solving psychological confusion, whether college students can get insight from a story or something. Then, a great deal of collected literature based on surveys and interviews contribute a material store that involve 69 materials. At last, the psychological experts are invited to grade the materials, then,29 materials are deleted,though the experimental material store that involve 40 materials is completed, each material involve three parts:stories, inspirations and problematic background.The second experiment is for verifying the effectiveness of 《The experimental material store for solving college students’ psychological confusion》, and "one-to-one" "study-test" mode is used in this experiment. The experimental material and test objects are divided randomly, and half of the test objects (20 people) show 40 materials where the first 20 test objects study without prototype, and the last 20 test objects study with prototype. The order of the ther half of test objects are object. There are 38 experimental material left after two materials that enlightening effect is zero or negative are deleted.The third experiment is for verifying the prototype enlightening effect for solving college students’ psychological confusion, which use "nine-to-nine" "study-test" mode.36 experimental materials whose enlightening effect rank ahead are divided into 4 groups,9 in a group, and the test objects are divided into 2 groups. All the test objects are given the same 4 psychological confusion questions, the first two groups study without prototype, and the last two groups firstly study the first group, and then show them the first group’s problem, while the other half of the test objects are given the experimental materials in a reverse way.The conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1) 《The sample store for solving college students’ psychological confusion》 is completed.(2) Through behavioral experiment and data analysis, "one-to-one" "study-test" mode and every experimental material with and without prototype shows that the study with prototype have higher accuracy than the study without prototype, which preliminary prove that the experimental materials in this study have validity.(3) In "nine-to-nine" "study-test" mode, the experimental ecological validity is higher, every experimental material has obvious difference when it is with prototype and without prototype, which shows that the writing case materials have obvious enlightening effect for solving college students’ psychological confusion not simple information transfer. From the perspectives of the test objects, the accuracy of every test object has obvious difference when it is with prototype and without prototype. So that means "Reading therapy" can solve better the test college students’ psychological confusion, and verifies "Reading therapy" based on prototype enlightening is effective. |
