Application Of Brocade For Modern Interior Decoration Design In Hangzhou

With the rapid development of soft decoration, the brocade are widely used in inerior decortion. This paper investigated the application of the brocade on modern inerior decortion in Hangzhou.In the first part, marketing research report was accomplished from the research on fabric and brocade soft decoration. Basic principles that modern interior decoration should abide by, and several main factors need to be considered in modern interior decoration as well were concluded by the means of documentary study, field research method and internet survey research method. Furthermore, the brocade soft decoration can fully accommodate the desire of modern fabric soft decoration was expressed, as the beauty of brocade soft decoration’s cultural forms and art characteristics. The conception of engaging in brocade soft decoration in series was generated based on the marketing research report.In the second part, Literature research was conducted in several respects, including history, feature and applications on interior decoration of brocade in modern Hangzhou, according to the creative requirements of this paper. This work can provide creative concept and artistic presentation technique of this design in this paper with needed theoretical foundation.In the third part, the field report was conducted. The fact that the brocade theme of ’The west lake story’ was inspired due to the reappearance of artistic scenery was introduced firstly. Then, the design method, the drawing process combined with manual and computer-aid methods and the display of made-up articles were detailed introduced. Finally, theoretical work were appiled and verified in practice.
