Writing course is a complex language practice course in external Chinese education. For international students, it is a difficult, terrible and boring course and for Vietnamese students, it is no exception. When giving writing classes to Vietnamese students, teachers have found many existing problems but there are no proper solutions yet. The context mainly studies what problems appear in Chinese writing classes to Vietnamese students and thus we can find out solutions. Through observation and analysis of research objects, on the one hand, real and accurate research information can be provided for Chinese writing courses. On the other hand, new and practical teaching methods and skills can be explored to intermediate Chinese writing teaching. The context studies and analyzes teaching content, teaching material, attitudes of teachers, teaching methods and environment. In the end, we propose some advice with surveyed, studied and observed results and wish that our research can help all the teachers, especially new teachers with better and more appropriate teaching methods.
