The layout of this book inherits that of<The orthodox articles>,the style of interptetation imitates that of<The treasure of ancient proses>,besides, it also covers the evaluations of Han Yu’s proses from scholars like Cheng Yi、Zhu Xi、Lv Zuqian、Zhang Shi and Li Gan, the methods of study, the artistic critiques from these specialists, which combine are processed as basic methods of acception and critique. In addition, many evaluations of Han Yu’s proses concerning the writing skill, the artistic uniqueness by scholars like Lv Zuqian, Xie Fangde、Yu Ji are quoted in this book. Now, there are four versions spreading in the world, among which one is the block-printed edition of Ming dynasty, named after its producer Dai’ao, the other three are Korean versions:Jiachen Version, Pyongyang version(1532), age unknown version, all lack the definite compiler.
