Research On China’s Food Technology Standard Under The Perspective Of Responsibility Ethics

With the rapid development of science,technology and the widespread application, without exception, the food industry also contains among them, the technology has been more and more application in food industry. Whereas, due to the incomplete food technology standard and some food technicians’ non-ethical behavior, China’s food safety incident was taken in place frequently under the competition system’s pressure. Technology skills are being use inaccurately and non-ethically, which leads to the problems such as, “Plasticizer”, “Leather Yogurt Jelly”, “Low quality oil”, and so on, the continually food safety incidents have put huge negative impacts and risks onto the society. Upon this situation, people are either positively shifting their focuses on food industry or being influenced by the society to turning their eyes onto the food industry. Considering the food industry and personnel moral bottom line, at the same time, also caused our country the responsibility of food technology standard ethical thinking. The important reasons is the lack of ethical and moral dimensions to think, so the responsibility ethics under the perspective of China’s food technology standard question is imminent.This research proposal focused on how to improves our country’s food technology standard on the basis of taken social responsibility and being ethics to society.Based on this standpoint, the article analysis the history of food technology standard development and changes, moreover, this article also leads to the further discuss and research on the relevant ethnics issue. Thus, the food safety issue will be controlled and solved throughout. Under the perspectives of social responsibility and ethical issue, this research proposal gives deeply understanding and analysis over the meaning of food technology standard step by step, while meantime clarify the main responsibility parties, overview China’s food technology standard development and the leading ethical criteria. By the end, this research proposal illustrates the main findings and suggestions over the improvement of China’s food technology standard under the perspectives of social responsibility issues.
