Group relations is the issue of human society that has always been explored and ran through the central issue of any culture value system. and of a population has this is not only. Not only it is the highest ideal of the pursuit that is the dealing with the correct understanding and handling the relationship between the individual and the group, or the individual and the society that built on the on the basis of the construction which a harmonious social order in the traditional Chinese Confucian school of thought, but also is the key to achieve peace and stability of the Chinese nation and the construction of socialist core values guide us which is in building a harmonious socialist society,In recently, we need a stable and orderly social environment that has been needed harmony between the various aspects, personal interests and collective interests relationship that must be good coordination. Confucian group thought is the important theory which has been maintained a coordination group relationship in Chinese traditional culture in a long time. So, building the construction of socialist harmonious society has a great significance to study the Confucian group theory essence of thoughts and the theories and methods of the study the relationship.This paper has used the method of literature study and comparative study to summarize the Confucian group thought and further discusses the Confucian group thought contemporary value in socialist construction. There are four chapters in my paper. The first chapter begins with the main purpose and significance of this thesis topic, summarizes the domestic and foreign research present situation, and introduces the research methods and innovations. Secondly, the thought of Confucian group system has been discussed about the concept and the historical influence of Confucian group thought, introduced the background and development track of the Confucian group thought. Again, for the main contents and features of the Confucian group has been carried on the thorough analysis and the conflict of modern society which the three parts main contents are summarized as "group", "self", the relationship between the "group". The value of the basic features for a "standard" collective goal has been followed the rule of "benevolence" outside "the ritual" thoughts which is adhering to the moral first social pursuit. With the modern social conflict in value concept and the values of the Confucian group conflict, the impact of globalization on Confucian group thought and interpersonal communication and information to the ideas of Confucian group alienation are in three aspects. Finally, emphatically discussion is the contemporary value of Confucian group thought which has been summarized the essence of Confucian group thought and the "free people" which has the same view of Marxism. The value orientation of Confucian group standard is the core values of socialism thought origin. The Confucian group thought is moral culture in building a harmonious socialist society. Affirmed the Confucian group thought to coordinate social relations, to promote social development and the positive role of one’s own progress, demonstrates in the socialist core values and the construction of a harmonious socialist society in the necessity and feasibility of combination of traditional culture.
