In this paper, we regarded non-institutions one to one Chinese teaching as the research object. And we discussed the ways of improving the quality of service and teaching effectiveness from the angles of commercial and language-teaching. We sent out some questionnaires to investigate Learners’ basic characteristics, learning personality and consumer demand for language teaching and so on. Then we use the theory of Economics of language, theory of humanistic psycholog to analysis and concluded if we wanted to guarantee the one-to-one teaching quality and tomeet consumer demand, we should do our work from aspects of teachers’ selection and training, test evaluation and management organization teaching activities according to the demand of learners. Then sort out specific and effective measures and techniques. We should start from aspects of the statistical results of learners demand survey, rom the curriculum, teaching material selection, teaching language elements and so on to discuss teaching methods of improving the service quality of language teaching. Finally, according to the theoretical guidance and practical test, we designed a complete set of processes teaching models for one to one teaching of primary learners, including a class hour distribution, suggestions of teaching content, teaching phases and teaching goal determination.
