The justice between rightness and benefit is the core problem of Confucianmoral-philosophy in the region of philosophy. Many contemporary researches on theconnotation of the relationship between Confucianism, Confucianism in justice andrighteousness and profit and Confucian conception and modern social connectionswere opened and in-depth study. However, most of the researchers grasp Confucianview of morality and interest from overall, the basic way is called the thoughts ofConfucius and Mencius Confucius Confucianism. Nowadays, the weakness has beenmade up by some scholar’s study of the view of Mencius,and nailed down the originand connotation of Mencius on the basic of summarizing and collecting theinformation of Confucius view to relationship of morality and interest, lay thefoundation for further exploration in the future. Si-Meng school is one of the mostimportant Confucian school in China, the school is a modern academic view ofproposition.This paper does a thorough research of Si-Meng School idea of moraland its contemporary value on the basis of the predecessors’ research. This paperdefined the Si-Meng School, to illustrate the research object of this paper isestablished, and then explain Si-Meng School’s thought on the relationship ofrighteousness and the basic idea and theory, thought Si-Meng School’s thought onthe inheritance and development of Confucius view, and pointed out thecontemporary value of Si-Meng School’s view. According to the research thought ofthis article, the text is divided into five parts altogether:Chapter One, Introduction: This chapter mainly introduces the researchcharacteristics and actuality of Si-Meng School’s idea of moral, profit, and point outthe disadvantage of the current research and clarifies the Reasons to write this articleand Basic research idea.Chapter Two, Introduces the Si-Meng School: take Confucius, Zisi, Mencius’sapprenticeship as a clue, discusses the Si-Meng school mainly inherited the inherentcharacteristics of Confucius "benevolence" as the core,and differs from inherit "theritual" learn xun zi. Chapter Three, Expounds Si-Meng School’s thought of human nature is basedon the theory of "goodness" and "four terminal said," Mainly contents of Si-Mengschool’s righteousness and benefit view: describes Si-Meng school’s main basicconcept of righteousness and benefit view is the rightness guide benefit, andrightness higher than benefit.Chapter Four, The inheritance and development of the Confucius’righteousnessand benefit view by Si-Meng school: by comparing the Confucius righteousness andbenefit view and Si-Meng school, highlighting the Si-Meng school righteousnessadvantage view as a mature internal school Confucianism reflected the repair andintrospection.Chapter Five, Described the contemporary value of Si-Meng school from twoaspects of Si-Meng school righteousness advantage view of academic value andpractical significance, objective evaluation of Si-Meng school righteousnessadvantage view, clear thinking of historical and realistic of Si-Meng schoolrighteousness and benefit view.
