The object of this paper is the novels of the modern northeast writer Shu Qun.There are few previous specialized studies on Shu Qun, and they are too simple, so this paper is a further effort. The first chapter describes the Shu Qun’s life and his writing stage, and the particularly important thing is "transformation" happening in Yan’an. Been transformed in Yan’an, the writing standard of Shu Qun plummeted, with the quantity decreasing. Shu Qun can no longer go back to the previous delicate look. Therefore, Shu Qun’s most important creative stage is before the transformation, and this is the most important object of this thesis. The key word of the second chapter is "displace", and this chapter summarizes figure groups in Shu Qun’s novels, and the living state of the displaced persons."Displace" as the key words, so that we can get a clear perspective in the contemplation of the many characters in the novels of Shu Qun, so that we more effectively catch the face and thought of the novels. The displaced persons probably can be divided into three categories:The displaced alien persons, the displaced soldiers, the displaced civilians. Displacing makes their lives showing the following modality:Displacing is a drift in a rootless state, the displaced can only go with pain toward the unknown, never staying by. Displacing also means encountering the unknown, new life may be generated in it.The third chapter focuses on thoughts of Shu Qun’s novels, with emphasis on multiple-surface inspection towards the nationalism discourse.Nationalism in Shu Qun’s novels is not a simple presentation, but be investigated and thought prudently. Friendship, affection, love, passion, These emotions all the people have are written in a rich and colorful manner. These emotions and nationalist emotion are compared in the novel in the war context, under this comparison,Shu Qun gives its own thinking towards nationalism:When the war happens between countries, nationalism is of course important, however, if nationalism infinite spreads out, it will lead to the destruction of humanity. The fourth chapter deals with the artistic characteristics of Shu Qun’s novels, analyzing the unique style of Shu Qun’s language、structure and endings. These characteristics cause the sadly moving and delicate lyrical style in the novels of Shu Qun.The object of the last chapter combs Shu Qun’s works after the "transformation", and doing a simple analysis. From this analysis,we can clearly see how Shu Qun’s talent died out for political reasons.
