With the combination of network technology and digital technology, the new media is a rapidly developing diversification.New media pays attention to television, film and other art forms, and in large measure stimulating the audience senses. Under the new media environment, the film and TV show new features of the creation, and the audience begins to have new feelings and new demands. New media carries the information, text, images, material, color, texture, smell, temperature, sound and other forms of expression through one or more media.The film is loved by the audience and the use of new media is most obvious.The change of technology promotes the art form and mode innovation, diversification and audience appeal of art forms also affects its visual expression. This paper selects the artistic elements of film titles in the new media environment and art performance before the same title, and domestic and foreign classic film titles are in longitudinal comparative analysis. According to the classification of film, this paper has a horizontal comparison and analysis of different types of film titles on the visual expression. Visual expression is used by visual organs and the organs of hearing, and the media have visual language make the information transmission, cultural advocacy and communication of emotion. Compared to the traditional media of visual expression effect under the background of new media, visual expression is from the text, image, sound and other specific elements. This paper uses the methods:literature analysis, content analysis, case analysis, analyzes filml titles from horizontal and vertical visual effect under the new media environment from the film titles elements, visual expression, in the specific type of film in the application of the comprehensive analysis of visual expression effect.
