In modern Chinese, the contrastive structure is popular with its Symmetricalform and Rich content, and has aroused the interest of many research scholars, and thecurrent research is very fruitful. As the academic world paid little attention to thecontrastive format "ni A ni de (X), wo B wo de (Y)" for the study, this thesis basedon a true corpus, combining with construction grammar and three planes theory, studies the contrastive structure comprehensively from the synchronic view, aimed atanalyzing the syntax features, semantic features, pragmatic values and styleapplicability of the contrastive structure, in order to enrich the study of structures, ancontribute to the teaching of Chinese language teaching. This thesis consists of thefollowing three parts:The first part discusses the syntactic features of the structure. Firstly, we analyzethe properties of the components. By corpus statistical analysis, we find that A and Bare mostly monosyllabic predicate, which come up to the verbs, while X and Y aremostly two-syllable nominals and partly are monosyllabic morpheme. A, Brespectively come up with X, Y, some phrases consisting of verb-object, and someverb-object separable word. Secondly, we study the syntactic features. We find thatthe structure can not only act as a subject, predicate, object and attribute, but also acomplex sentence, clause, and even a separate sentence, in which to be a predicateand clause are the most common, reflecting the strong predication. The second part analyzes the semantic features comprehensively. First, we selectthe most representative pronoun "ni ","wo" for the contrastive mark and then analyzetheir notional references and empty references. After that,we discuss semanticrelationships between every two variables (A, B, X, Y). We find that, the meanings ofA\X and B\Y exists identical or similar or opposite relationship. Afterwards, wediscuss the semantic relationships between the front and back items which existdifferent relationships of paralleling,Opposite and bearing. Finally,we summarizethe structural meaning of the contrastive format "ni A ni de (X), wo B wo de (Y)"in the context. In modern Chinese,"ni A ni de (X), wo B wo de (Y)" format canrepresent an objective list, expressing"strengths","differ from each other"; it may alsoindicate that subjective independence, expressing "each irrelevant","mutualnon-interference."The third part summarizes the pragmatic value and stylistic characteristics. The format "ni A ni de (X), wo B wo de (Y)"is not only beautiful, but also productiveand economical, which also explains why the format are popular. Through statistics,we find that the format tends to be colloquial, and its forms are of some flexibility.
