The all have a close relationship with the selection of “Children’s perspective” inso many narrative strategies. Jimmy warmth contemplation the stories of all walks of life throughchildren’s sharp eyes in his books, at the same time, Jimmy pay great attention to children traumaticpsychological. Under the effect of children’s perspective in this narrative strategy, Jimmy’s picture bookshows a different aesthetic significance. This paper based on the theory of children’s perspective, from theanalysis of the text self, try to investigate the deep connotation and aesthetic style through a close readingof his picture book.This paper composed of the following parts. The introduction part mainly introduced biography ofpicture book writer——Jimmy, and make a classification and comb to the main research status，in order toclear the significance of the topic.The first chapter “Jimmy’s picture book and Children’s perspective” fully grasp of the basiccharacteristics of childhood through the origin of picture book, and define the concept of “adult book”which developed from picture book. Explore the relationship between children’s perspective and Jimmy’sliterary action. And make a specific analysis of the reason why Jimmy chose children’s perspective from theinternal and external mechanisms of the two aspects.The second chapter “The content of Jimmy’s picture book” try to revealed the indifferent of urbanadult world and alienation interpersonal relationship under children’s eyes, and explore their inner child.
