The sovereignty is the core content of modern conception of power, the negativeimpact of it appeared after the1960s. Foucault on the basis of criticized the modernconception and its influence, absorbing the theory of Nietzsche’s "the will to power",using the methods of genealogy, the postmodern conception of power was proposed. The conception of power as a kind of micro power theory, opposes rationality、opposes the grand narrative、opposes integrity. The theory considers the power is akind of network in essential. It constructed the knowledge as a dominant force, torealize the control of the human body. Foucault thought therefore, in theenlightenment of the law as a way of exploring truth view has been eliminated; thelaw was the instrument of control the human body. This leads to a discipline graduallyinto the legal effect of space, replace the function of the law, penetrated into everycorner of the modern society, control people’s behavior. Thus, we believe thatFoucault’s theory of micro power and genealogy learning methods for our powerproblem has great inspiration, however, he focuses only on the micro-level operationof power, and we need to pay attention to the one-sidedness.
