In the aspect of people’s livelihood, he sticked to that the politics in thepeople, so rulers and local bureaucrats should put the interest of the people in the firstplace and try to convince of the rulers to carry out human government. And he thoughtthat the people is the base of the country, only the people living in peace, can thecountry has a stability condition. But in dealing with border issues, he believed thatthere was a need to strengthen the reserve and utilization of talents, meanwhile, in orderto consolidate the border defense, the strict military discipline should be made,and thecombat effectiveness can be improved. In view of problems of unclear law and shakingsocial order and law, there was a need to screw up discipline and make strict laws, inorder to stabilize the rule.The forth part mainly concluding and summarizing the characteristic of WangYangming’s political thoughts, then making a brief evaluation.Wang Yangming’spolitical thoughts contain humanism thoughts, meanwhile, he reconciled theConfucianism and Legalism, then his political views was formed. So his politicalthoughts payed a role in easing the social contradictions, making a condition of local place, and maintaining national unity, besides, it has an inspiration on politicaloperations in later generation.
