Analysis The Case Of Interpretation From Russian To Chinese

In recent years, as China’s international status is rising, incooperation with the countries of the world in the fields of economy,politics, culture, and education has been strengthened, especially withthe friendly neighbor Russia relations more closely. Today, Chineseand Russia n Prime Minister have held18regular meetings.Thesummit meeting between the leaders has become an important way tocommunicate, in this cross-cultural communication, consecutiveinterpreting in meeting plays an increasingly important role, and builda bridge for leaders to communicate with each other.This paper is based on the sixteenth regular meeting withRussian Prime Minister (hereinafter referred to as the"meeting"),taking Putin’s speech as an example, analyzed theimportant content of speech in the meeting invo lved use of Russ ianChinese translation and interpreting skills and strategies in translationmade a comprehens ive.This paper is divided into five parts,introduction describes the significance of the topic, foreign researchsituation of Russian-Chinese consecutive interpretation as wel l asthe innovative point and the study purpose. The first chapterprovides a brief overview of consecutive interpreting and its role,while also proposes the main requirements of the interpreter inconsecutive interpretation, the second chapter is based on Mr. Putin’sspeech on this meeting as a case to make a detailed analysisof Russian-Chinese consecutive interpretation, mainly from thesethree aspects: world security, bilateral relations between China andRussia, and the cooperation between China and Russia, and then studyits language characteristics, the third chapter summarizesthe translation skills and strategies of the interpreter on this meeting， the conclus ion makes a comprehensive summary of thefull text. Expecting to help interpreters s uccessfully solve interpretingproblems in interpreting process and constantly improve the level ofinterpretation.
