In the rapid development of economy and society, science andtechnology level and automation, informationization level constantlyimprove, under these demands, it’s a great needy to strengthen and increasethe teaching quality with the Mongolian. Besides, personnel training is theurgent demand. In this time, also, it’s the want that developing the nationaleducation and keeping the national areas stable. But at present, there are stillmany problems with Mongolian and Chinese Bilingual Teaching. Forexample: the ways of teaching is so univocal, the ability of students’Chinese is so weak, the score of their schoolwork is below standard and soon.In the face of all these problems, the author thinks that, these problemscould be solved efficiently by constructing bilingual network course,changing the traditional teaching ways and providing a favorable languageenvironment. This study, through synthetical analysis, the author choose thefree open source’s network teaching platform “Moodle” as the platform thatbuilds Mongolian and Chinese, also, use 《the operating system ofcurriculum project》this course as prep. It introduces the process of design,instruction practice and assess which based on the Moodle’s Mongolian and Chinese Bilingual Teaching in detail. At the end of the article,the authoranalyses and summaries the lacking of this study, also, offers concreteadvice about the follow-up study.After the study found that teaching practice, Mongolian and Chinesebilingual web-based courses construction Moodle platform, can effectivelystimulate students ’interest in learning, improve learning motivation, andenhance students’ ability to self-learning and knowledge construction;strengthen exchange student collaboration, knowledge sharing, learning thatwith equal ability.
