A Study On The Singing Of Luo Zhongrong’s Classical Poetry Art Songs

Luo Zhongrong is one of the most influential composers of modern music in the mid and late20th century. His creation lasts for more than a half century and he has created considerable excellent works with rich content and various forms, among which classical poetry art songs occupy an important positionThis paper focuses on his divertimento "song of autumn" and on the basis of the author’s singing experience of "song of autumn" makes a simple analysis from three aspects:Chapter one, Luo Zhongrong and his creation of classical poetry art songs; chapter two, the analysis of the music characteristics of his classical poetry art songs; chapter three, practical experience and technical analysis of singing classical poetry art songs——taking "song of autumn" as an example. Chapter three is the emphasis of this paper. In this part, the author, combining author’s practice in singing three poems of four lines, makes an in-depth analysis of the singing style, concert features as well as the singing skills and provides author’s own suggestions and opinions.
