In the18-century,the Great Britain,which located on the ocean side, was immersed in the Elightment, but also ushered to affect the whole of human history-the industrial revolution, and created an unprecedented social changes. Indeed, in this period, there would be a number of outstanding persons affecting the entire community, and those who included many women.These ladys showed their unique and quite social value of ideological contents to the world,it is the experience of these women to let us know that woman’s unknown appearance, but also to make British women to become role models for women groups.In this paper, the famous British female scholar Hannah More is the research object, and it can let us know the lady through full of infinite value of her legendary deeds that take from the dusty archives of history,thus re-examine the image of women in the United Kingdom during the18th-19th century as well as depend the perspective of Hannah More to re-learn some important historical events.The first part includes research reasons,methods, status topics, but also defines the concepts in this article, and points out the difficult and innovative points of this article.The second part of the body. There are six chapters. The first chapter is about the impact of the Industrial Revolution and the Enlightenment for British society, we can understand the specific circumstances of the society,the later five chapters are about different roles place Ms. More:the second chapter of her experience in the field of the literature, the third chapter is her religious missionary experience, she was participated in the abolitionist movement at the fourth chapter, the five chapter is her contributions on the education, Chapter VI is her views on the feminism. Each chapter is closely related to social background, mainly to introduce causes of Ms. More conducted these activities, her experiences, attitudes and the impacts of these events or phenomena.The third part of the conclusion. First, the main principles and methods for learning a historical figure:we should be closely combined with the background, it’s in order to be close to real time. Secondly, Ms.More showed outstanding contributions to society through several important aspects. Finally, I wish Ms. More could be as an excellent example in China.
