Research On《New Practical Chinese Reader <Workbook〉》(1.2)-the Elementary Textbooks

This paper analyses《New Practical Chinese Reader<Workbook〉》(1.2) anddivides practice into two parts: Language elements practice and language skillspractice. Language elements practice consists of phonetics, morphology, sentence andChinese characters. Language skills practice consists of listening, speaking, readingand writing. Based on the statistic, the author analyses the characteristics, regulationand problems of main question type rfom question quantity and type.There are ifve Chapters in this essay: the first chapter is the introduction. Itconcludes the significance of the subjects, research objective, objects of the study,research methods，the definition of the pirmary stage, the definition of exercise. Itsummairzes the domestic research status of domestic rfom the aspects of linguisticelement, language skills and the principle of exercise designing and editing. To bespecific, language elements practice consists of phonetics, morphology,sentence andChinese characters. Language skills practice consists of listening, speaking, readingand writing.The second chapter is the sketch of《New Practical Chinese Reader》，itintroduces the background and compiling style of the book, as well as the matchedcomprehensive workbook.The third chapter does a statistic analysis to the question type workbook(1.2)from the aspect of linguistic element in the following parts: phonetics，morphology,sentence,it also contains a summairze of the characteristics of the linguistic elementexerciseThe forth chapter does a statistic analysis to the question type workbook (1.2)from the aspect of linguistic skill. It includes the research and feature’s summairze of topic distribution,quantity statistics and the pattern’s setting of listening, speaking, reading and writing.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the whole paper.
