The Study On Liu Zongyuan’s Subjective Consciousness And Subjectivity Of Literary Creation

"the study of Liu Zongyuan" began after the death of Liu Zongyuan,has more than thousands of years. He is one of the main concerns for researcherswho studies about the culture of Tang dynasty. Their researches mainly concentrateon the biographical chronology, literary achievements, literary theory, philosophyand so on. Subject consciousness is a self-conscious which refers to status, abilityand value of the subject and manifests the self-conscious, it is the key point forpeople with initiative. The Tang Dynasty unified cultural pattern, a strong culturalinertia and the open atmosphere of social culture which differently uplifts thescholars’ strong cultural self-confidence, self consciousness and subjectconsciousness. After the rebellion of Anshi, the Mid-Tang Dynasty still exists thecultural self-confidence, scholars still have very strong subject consciousness,although the political chaos, social contradictions, the large impact of Li TangDynasty regime. Subject consciousness has an effect on Liu Zongyuan’s fate,character and behavior. This thesis is on the basis of previous studies, starting fromthe Liu Zongyuan show the subject consciousness and the subject in literarycreation, exploring the manifestation of Liu Zongyuan’s attention for the subject,and the subject consciousness theory, excavating its creative and criticalconsciousness, exploring the value of life for self-affirmation and the aspiration forthe subject’s self-spirit in literary creation. It’s a new survey and research on LiuZongyuan’s literary theory, and then grasp the information of Liu Zongyuan moreaccurately and deeply, seek for the contents which are still viable.This paper is composed of six parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainlyfocus on the significance of the research and the research status at home and abroad. The second part minings strong concern about people and human nature in LiuZongyuan’s theory from philosophy, politics, the unique cognition of social subject,explores the cultural formation of the subject consciousness. The third part startsfrom Liu Zongyuan as the representation of social subject, explores Liu Zongyuan’swriting of the value of life, his inner character, displays the subject consciousness,the individual character and the value of individual life, explores the effect of LiuZongyuan’s subjectivity on constructing and improving self. The fourth part fromthe perspective of the literary subject, digging Liu Zongyuan’s consciousness andprojecting to the literature, constructing the subjectivity of literature value system.The fifth part mainly tells Liu Zongyuan to give full play of subjectivity, with hisstrong consciousness, explore the expression of subjectivity in literary creationfrom creative and critical perspective, which provide a good reference for the laterscholars and significance of creation.
